What to Expect in a Session

Warm-Up (10 min)

Simple movements to warm up your body and prepare for lifting. It's the first step to ensuring that you have a safe and effective workout.

Weight Lifting (30min)

Classic barbell lifts to build strength. Accessory exercises for joint health and toning stubborn areas of your body. Coaches work with you to develop the technique and our app tracks your progress.

Cardio (15 min)

Bikes, rowers, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises in an interval format. You'll get your heart rate up and work up a good sweat—a powerful way to burn calories and improve your health.

Cool-Down (5min)

The work is done! Take a few minutes to catch your breath, clean up your space, and cool down before getting back to your day.
